These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AuraQuest mobile application (referred to as the “Application”), developed by Evocpro (referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
AuraQuest operates entirely on your device. The Service Provider does not host servers, accounts, or cloud storage for the Application.
All data generated by your use of the Application remains on your device and is under your control.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your device.
The Service Provider is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, operating system changes, or uninstallation of the Application.
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
AuraQuest provides informational insights only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
The Service Provider may update or modify the Application from time to time to improve functionality or security.
These Terms remain effective until terminated.
You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
